For releasing the film in India, Aamir Khan has tied up with PVR-Inox, one of the biggest cinema chains. For the overseas release, well-known distributor Anil Thadani is handling the job.

Instead of the usual Bollywood style of releasing a movie on a large number of screens on Day 1, this film will be launched in a limited number of shows first. A source from the film industry told Bollywood Hungama,
“Aamir Khan is not following the weekend-focused business model. He believes in the power of storytelling over time. He wants the film to grow slowly and connect with the audience emotionally. It’s a risky idea, but he has thought about it carefully. For him, quality is more important than quantity.”
This slow-and-steady release method is not completely new. It was used before by Rajshri Productions, known for their hit film Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!, which also started small but became a huge success.

“Aamir is always learning from others in the film world. He sat with the Rajshri team to understand how they increased show counts slowly and naturally. This shows his humble attitude and smart thinking.”
The main idea behind this release plan is to avoid what often happens nowadays — full theatres on Day 1, and empty halls by Week 2. Aamir wants to keep the film running in cinemas for a longer time, with steady interest from viewers.
There is also a documentary connected to the film that focuses on artists with special needs, which adds to the social message Aamir wants to share.
With this new method, Aamir Khan is not just thinking about business — he is also trying to make a positive impact. In today’s world where everything is rushed, Aamir is reminding everyone that patience and strong storytelling still matter.
