Shah Rukh Khan Surprises Cast of Sitaare Zameen Par
Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan gave a big surprise to the team of Sitaare Zameen Par by visiting the film set. He met Aamir Khan warmly and hugged him, and also spent time with all the actors on set.
Aamir Khan’s Return to Big Screen
Aamir Khan is ready to return to movies after a break of three years. He will be seen next in Sitaare Zameen Par, which is a spiritual sequel to his 2007 film Taare Zameen Par.
BTS Video Released by Makers
On Thursday, the makers of the film shared a special behind-the-scenes (BTS) video. In the video, Shah Rukh Khan can be seen entering the film set, making the cast very happy.
Shah Rukh said, “Aamir invited me many times to meet the actors. Every time we met, he kept saying, ‘Please come, Shah. The actors are doing great.’ Even three days ago, he said, ‘Shah, tu aana yaar!’ So I finally came.”
Shah Rukh Interacts with Cast Members
Shah Rukh spoke to each cast member personally. Many of them told him their favourite movies of his – like Chak De! India and Don. He also did his famous open-arm pose for them and took a group photo with everyone.
New Talents in the Film
The film introduces ten new actors:
Aroush Datta, Gopi Krishna Varma, Samvit Desai, Vedant Sharma, Ayush Bhansali, Ashish Pendse, Rishi Shahani, Rishabh Jain, Naman Mishra, and Simran Mangeshkar.
About the Film
Sitaare Zameen Par is a Hindi remake of the Spanish film Campeones. In this movie, Aamir Khan plays the role of a basketball coach who trains a team of players with special needs.
Actress Genelia D’Souza also plays an important role. The film is directed by RS Prasanna and will release in theatres on June 20.
