In one of the biggest property deals in Mumbai this year, veteran Bollywood actor Jeetendra Kapoor and his family have sold a prime land parcel in Andheri for a staggering ₹855 crore. The high-value transaction was carried out through two family-owned firms — Pantheon Buildcon Private Limited and Tusshar Infra Developers Private Limited.
Registered on May 29, 2025, the deal includes two adjoining land plots spread across 9,664.68 square meters (approximately 2.39 acres). Currently, the site is home to Balaji IT Park, which comprises three commercial buildings with a total built-up area of around 4.9 lakh square feet.
The buyer, NTT Global Data Centers and Cloud Infrastructure India Private Limited — formerly known as Netmagic IT Services — is a major player in tech infrastructure, offering services such as cloud computing, data hosting, cybersecurity, and application development.
According to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards, the deal attracted a stamp duty of ₹8.69 crore and a registration fee of ₹30,000.
This mega-deal not only highlights the Kapoor family’s strong presence in the real estate space but also reflects the growing demand for large-scale infrastructure by global tech firms in Mumbai’s commercial hubs.
